Is the skincare line natural?
Yes, all the ingredients are natural botanical-source extracts and isolates.
Is it vegan?
Yes, the The Oil, Moisture Milk and Moisture Cream are 100% vegan.
How should I store my products to preserve them optimally?
Our products contain natural preservatives and are packaged in an opaque bottle for protection from degradation. We recommend storing in a dry and dark place when possible. Period After Opening symbols indicate shelf life after first use, and are posted on the exterior packaging.

Where are Cultus Artem fragrances made?
Our fragrances are hand-crafted at our facilities in San Antonio, TX.
Are your fragrances cruelty-free?
We do not test on animals. Our fragrances are 100% cruelty-free.
Are your fragrances vegan?
ALBA, POETICUS, and CHAMPACA are not vegan.
AMARA, ILEX, ROSA, TUBEROSA, and VETIVERIA are vegan.
Are your fragrances safe?
We ensure the safety of our fragrances through rigorous quality control and analysis of our formulae with a licensed, independent toxicologist. Our fragrances contain only fragrance oils, distilled water, and perfumery alcohol. They are free of BHA, BHT, color additives and synthetic dyes, ethanolamines (ETA, DEA, and TEA), formaldehyde, organosulfates, parabens, phthalates, and toluene.
Are your fragrances gender-specific?
Our fragrances are gender-neutral. They are made for everyone.
Do you offer individual fragrance samples?
Yes. You can purchase individual samples on our website. We understand that there is no substitute for actually wearing a fragrance to determine if it's right for you.
Please note: All vials are roll on sample vials that are only partially filled due to concentration and cost.
Receive a complimentary sample with every full size fragrance or skincare purchase to try at home before deciding to keep your full size bottle.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to all U.S. territories.
Do you offer International Shipping for fragrances?
We are able to provide International Shipping to certain destinations. Please
contact us to complete your order if you are purchasing from outside the United States.
Customers are responsible to pay custom/duty fees. We do not accept returns on international orders. What shipping options are available, and how much do they cost?
We offer a variety of shipping options, including ground and overnight service depending on your shipping address, through USPS, UPS and FedEx, with fees calculated at checkout. We require signatures for delivery of orders over $500, and additionally, adult signatures for delivery of all jewelry orders. All jewelry orders are shipped with complimentary shipping insurance.
How soon are orders shipped after ordering?
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the day the order was placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via the e-mail address you used to make your purchase. Click on the link to find estimated delivery dates and monitor shipping status.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
Online orders under $500 do not require a signature. If you have reason to believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your elected courier to initiate a lost package investigation.
Can I opt out of the signature requirement for delivery of orders over $500?
We require signatures for delivery of orders over $500, and adult signatures for delivery of all jewelry orders. Without the adult signature requirement for jewelry orders, we cannot insure the shipment in case of loss or damage by the courier. If you prefer that your order is shipped to you without a signature requirement, please let us know by contacting us at support@cultusartem.com. Please note that we are not responsible if packages are lost or stolen.I received my order and it is damaged/defective. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within fourteen days if you have any issues with your order.
Do you accept returns?
Fragrance, skincare, and home goods: We currently do not accept returns unless you have received a sample to try first with a purchase of any full-size fragrance and skincare product. Please note once the product is open it is not available for return. Please contact us at support@cultusartem.com for more information.
Fine Jewelry: Trying on jewelry is personal and we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we accept returns of in-stock, unworn and undamaged jewelry. For a refund on an in-stock piece purchased on our website, cultusartem.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery via email to support@cultusartem.com. Any requests made after 24 hours will be available for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that the original cost of shipping and shipping insurance will be deducted from your refund amount. All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.
Custom, made-to-order and/or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can rings be resized?
