SHIPPING INFORMATION

We require signatures for delivery of orders over $100.  If you prefer that your order is delivered to you without a signature, please let us know by contacting us at support@cultusartem.com.  Please note that we are not responsible if packages are lost or stolen.

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to all U.S. territories.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.  We appreciate your interest and hope to be able to offer international shipping in the future.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via the e-mail address you used to make your purchase. Click on the link to find estimated delivery dates and monitor shipping status. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
