RETURN POLICY
We currently only accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@cultusartem.com for more information. Please note that our samples (individual & our Sample Flight) are final sale and cannot be returned.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We require signatures for delivery of orders over $500. If you prefer that your order is delivered to you without a signature, please let us know by contacting us at support@cultusartem.com. Please note that we are not responsible if packages are lost or stolen.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to all U.S. territories.
We are able to ship internationally, dependent on your region. Please contact us at support@cultusartem.com to see if we ship to your region.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via the e-mail address you used to make your purchase. Click on the link to find estimated delivery dates and monitor shipping status. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
